Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

If you have purchased from an item from us online we offer free shipping or a store credit once the item has been returned to us.

Orders within Australia are charged Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% of the total order value. All our prices are inclusive of GST and shipping costs.  We will not ship to PO Boxes. Express shipping is an additional $8.00.

We do not at this time pay for shipping on returned items.

​

We ship via Express Australia Post. The delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipment provider. Please contact us on silkblvdcustomers@gmail.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER

​

Please allow 24 hours to process all orders, 5 full working days for shipping to metro areas across Australia, and 7 -10 full business days for shipping to more remote areas within Australia.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a copy of your tracking number to follow the parcels progress. Please note if you are unable to accept delivery yourself and instruct us to leave the parcel unattended then we will not accept liability for any lost or stolen items.

Please keep in mind all our products are made from delicate fabrics. Therefore, special care must be taken when you are trying them on, in the event you wish to return them.

HOW TO RETURN?

​

All items must have proof of purchase, be in the same condition as they were sent to you. They must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the below conditions are met:

​

  • produce must be unworn

  • unwashed

  • tags still attached

  • within 30 days of purchase

HOW WILL YOU BE REFUNDED?

Refunds are issued on the same account as the one you used to make the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa Card, the amount will be refunded to the same Visa Card. If your order was placed using Silkblvd Gift Card, or a store credit then, the refund amount will be put onto a new Silkblvd Gift Card with a 6 month validity.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send it. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution.

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Silkblvd will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s. This is subject to inspection by Silkblvd prior to sending good back to us. Should you need further assistance regarding this process, please contact us by email on silkblvdcustomers@gmail.com. Shipping fees are refundable on faulty or damaged products only. We will refund up to $8.95 in delivery fees.
